Delivery Information

Should you require a faster delivery service you may select alternative delivery options at "checkout" prior to confirming your order.

All our orders are sent using our preferred courier service (Dawn WIng) and this delivery service requires a signature so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel.

Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at National Holidays. We do our best to deliver within 30 days of the date of your order but if we cannot do so we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order.  If you do so we will refund or re-credit any sum paid by you.  We shall not be liable for loss occasioned by any reasonable or unavoidable delay.
